Stuart Davenport Paring knife (I've had it for a few years, but the tip is so thin that I'd not let out into general household use, guarding it for my own use). After all the other knives I have bought for my wife over the years, and she tolerated as gifts (small fixies, spydercos, kitchen blades), one chance grapefruit breakdown and now, she understands. All the geometry, edge refinement; the care of the heat treatment and the handle shape nicely fitting her small hands; all this work that Stuart Davenport did on this paring knife culminated in the fortunate moment when she experienced "the light" of a highly effective and well designed cutting tool, one that brings enjoyment and ease when she uses it.

Daado did a great job of matching the stag on this one. I've bought 10+ knives/tomahawks from Dalibor, never disappointed! I've got more on order, too!
