This turned out to be some throwdown Lasagna! Simmered for 5 hours, cooked for 50 minutes, all Tillamook cheese... YUM!

This might be blasphemy, coming from Wisconsin.....but idk That cheese? Ha.

Blues sorry I missed your question. I believe the knife is 15n20, a change from his usual 52100. The fork is C35, a steel I'm really not familiar with. Dalibor lives rural in Croatia and does a lot of butchering, I trust his choices.
