That is an Olight RN-1500 bike light. Best bike light I've found. Of course, you can take it off the mount and use it as a regular light and it works as a power bank. Price is a little steep but I got it when they came out on sale around $60.

Thank you, that’s exactly what I’m looking for. I stripped all the unnecessary stuff off my beach cruiser...should have maybe left a reflector or two on it

Highly recommend the O-light then. I've had cheap lights, more expensive ones made by cycling companies, the older cat-eyes back in the day, etc...The olight has been the best so far. I just found that olight makes a bar mount that will let you mount any flashlight, it looks really good too. For a back light I recommend the DON PEREGRINO B1-110 Lumens. Been running it since June and it has worked great. BTW, I ride exclusively in the dark early AM so lights are a must. If I'm running late and ride closer to dawn then traffic is a concern (drivers are mostly ignorant to the fact that cyclists have just as much right to the road as them, and generally are not use to looking for bikes in my area) so being seen becomes more important than seeing. Though the Olight has helped me see some deer and slow down before possibly hitting them!

And just to keep this on topic:

I love the color but this is my first cadet and I am not in love with the size.

Edit: with the Olight I get over an hour mid 30 degree weather at 1500 Lm. I think that is pretty good.

Thank you again, I’m going to do some online shopping tonight.
I agree, the 84mm isn’t perfect in your hand, but it’s a pleasure in the pocket.
And I love that blue
