Funny story to this 1. The wife had me pick something for Christmas, I did look at a fox vulpis in aluminum, the wife was NO way to small. So I kept looking, came across a 2024 on sale, hmm still not sure of the price(as Dan sonofwilfred can testify limited edition are very expensive in Oz). Came across this Nespresso on a big site, seller has been around awhile, made him an offer he accepted. When it got here opened it, Ooops he sent me the 2020. I contacted told him told him I could keep it if he was interested in doing a deal for both or swap it? He went for the deal, so I picked up 2 pioneers for about $30 more than the 2024, bargain, pays to shop around

Been eying the Victorinox 7 (formerly Harvester) for a very long time and finally got one for myself. I strongly prefer SAKs without a keyring and have preferred the Electrician for years. Figured the 7 would be a bit better as a "woods" pocket knife since it has a saw. Only got it in today but I already like it much more than I expected to. Have some regret that I waited so long to get one.

Certainly chilly, it was just below freezing at about 28F with a bit of fresh snow. It can get quite a bit colder, last winter's lowest temp was -20F, but none of that nonsense yet this winter.

Thanks, that does look like some quite nice weather! It'll warm back up soon enough here, the winters keep the riff raff (mainly bugs) in check!

Yep we used to come home from riding push bikes in the bush and hose down outside, then strip off in the laundry No mud in the house.
