On a side note, I went to a historical arms show this weekend and they had everything you can imagine military to civilian, guns, knives, you name it. I walked out with a Buck 110 and sheath that appears to be made 1967-72 as it has BUCK and USA on two lines and no dots. The steel would be 440C I believe. It's used but still in pretty nice shape. And another Buck 110 Finger Groove model and sheath from 1990 (X) that I believe is 425M steel. This one had the tip broken off and was reshaped. That's annoying to me but I don't want to replace the blade. It's tempting though. Both came to $35 and the second one needs pretty much love, perhaps a spa treatment for both.
