SHOW Time

This came to mind. One guy argued with me that Buck's model 107 was different and could not be the same model held in the Empress Trio model 200. So, I showed him the Windsor set model 206 which I had on hand. And said, all 3 of these are essentially the same model. He could not agree and cited slight differences. ? I could be awash but you collectors examine them and see. DM

Great looking display David. Thank you for always being a great ambassador of our interests to the public.

The Empress Trio looks great in that display case.

I too would like a closer look at your wife's work on that 112.

Life at the end of mountain road must be tough, Hugh and Tom don't look any older, but you getting grey headed. I got a hat like Hugh's I will wear if I ever come back. Its still a shame those Lions won't give the Buck Club a free table area, it would be a big draw to the people and to club members.
Are those independent people still behind you..... 300

Thanks, 300. Those 2-3 tables have changed a couple of times. Now a mustard out Ft. Bliss officer has them and brought in pre-drilled shelving
and built shelves to hang & hold his bug-out-bags and duffels, survival packaged food, a few black guns and knives. They were Houston Astro fans so this kept the the talk lively. Especially with them winning Fri. & Sat. night -- now going to the 'BIG SHOW'... The mannerly Ladies complained and the 'Harley Girls' were moved to a different room. I suspect my wife was in on it with them to get it done. Get this, on the far wall one of my college buddies set up a historical Winchester rifle display spanning over 150 years back to 1868. With about a dozen early rifles and documents. He ended up getting a Business degree only because his dad threatened to pull his funding. Just goes to show you never know how one will turn out. Yep, all my friends were there, just a little older but still up right and insisting they come out to hunt with my new dog. DM

Tiguy, I know what you mean. I can't even watch her work as she's doing it. Because I couldn't stay within the lines coloring in 1st grade. DM

"Another vendor put it on my table while I was looking for a Buck knife.
Behind the tables there are some pulling pranks.
Thanks,
DM "

David, Good pictures of the show and your Buck knives - love seeing the old Bucks - what I like about them is the individual variations. OH
