Okay so who likes to spend a bit of time in there shed?This is something that women just don't get,is that guys just need a littel place to go and play with there boys toys.I live in the city so don't get much time to spend in the woods as I would a like.The next best thing is so do a bit of knifemaking or leather work in my"wee den".My den is in the garden off limits for the kids full of bits of green wood and cluttered with old tools.I always seem to have at lest three unfinished projects on the go at the one time.Whats your den like and what gos on in there?

Okay so here is a few happy snaps of my little shed.

My workshop is in the basement, sort of an L shaped arrangement, 3 work areas total, 5 foot bench with bench grinder, 8 foot work bench with vice and drill press, on another bench, buffer, and a couple of belt sanders. It's a nice place to hang out and smoke a cigar This is the only pic I have at the moment.

Al - Looks like you have a cool man cave there. I am trying to convert part of my garage to something like that, my wife says she's going to call it the "He-man woman haters club" after the clubhouse in the Little Rascals.

IUKE12 - I wish I had a basement, but here they are few and far between.

Those are some nice pics you can call me al - you look like you are taking a bit of quiet time after accidentally de-tempering a blade or something.

Here's a small shot of me in my shop. Not the best picture by any means. My shop is coming along nicely, though. Right now, I have space for my lathe, grinder, two belt sanders, drill press and saw, plus a work station for dremel stuff and gluing. The next step is to upgrade to a really fancy knifemaking belt sander, right after I win the lottery.
