I'm too lazy to round 'em all up, but here's a photo that has a few. Technically, only the Vapor is still around as the 710 is no longer made with 154CM that I know of, and the 806D2 is long gone, the new version but a mere shadow of its former self. The other two are definitely dead and buried, production-wise.
