That is the Case Mini Copperhead. One of my favorite little knives, especially in the wharncliffe version.

How is it for carving? Is the handle a little on the small side or no?

It's definitely a small knife but I do really enjoy it for whittling, especially like late-stage whittling cleaning up detail work and doing textures and things.

Smooth bone: Couldn't decide between the Appaloosa on this Northwoods or the Giraffe bone on the lamb.




Stag : The little Remington.



Horn: Nice Buffalo horn on this lamb. I think I do prefer the more golden or honey but do love this one as well.



Jigged bone : Love the jigged anber bone on this spey.



Wood: Favorite has to be this K'roo lamb. Not sure what it is but it's really beautiful.

Such a good crew of knives. If hard pressed, I’d have to name the Kroo the top of the heap. Beautiful piece .

Excellent job capturing the beauty of the grain in this wood Steve. It’s not easy to photograph the gidgee. Wonderful knife.

I think the way the bone is carved and dyed on these Rough Ryder cotton samplers is attractive: Ram's Horn Bone on the larger knife and Stag Bone on the smaller knife.

Hard for me to pick, seems like a fair number of my "prettiest" covers don't show well in pictures... here's a couple...

Here's a 2 for 1 ... both rare birds, GEC 15 ancient scratted bone and GEC 77 2 blade Collectorknives SFO 77 Barlow - lots of depth in the bone... like looking through water.
