Recently, I had Eddie White ( http://shadowknives.com/ ) make a stag handled knife, and it's quite interesting how the stag continually attracts my gaze. Perhaps it's because it's unpredictable, rough yet polished, with different hues, or who knows exactly what it is that is so attractive.

In any case, I took a few pictures of the scales, and hope you'll post some pics of yours.

WOW...Just WOW:eek::thumbup::D

Here is my one and only. An old butcher knife of my grandfather's that the wooden handle fell off of. Can't compare to those above...but it is stag! Crude attempt at an old west sheath...by me. I'll be redoing that someday.

Doug, those stag handled beauties are awesome, as is that collection of knives I saw when I clicked on your signature. :thumbup:

Spectacular! One of the very interesting things about stag is it makes every knife one-of-a-kind. Great damascus too! :thumbup:

Do not want to post something that is owned by a professional. Also, he is great to deal with on his photo's! :thumbup:
