I tried to do a search for Becker knife to show your a becker edges with no luck. Thought it might be fun to start one. Show your Becker edges! Convex, beveled, micro beveled, rough, polished, mirrored, in need of sharpening, whatever! Show your edges!

Sorry for my poor photography skills--- my bk 14 edge done on the kME with a back bevel of 34 inclusive and micro bevel of 44 inclusive finished with a black ultra fine Arkansas stone and knivesplus strop block with green compound for a semi polished bevel:

My 16 with 40° inclusive convex edge stropped with white / green compound, not mirror polished or anything, but it's pretty sharp. :p

BK14 from the snowflake carving challenge. I used a 3000 grit Naniwa water stone to bring that baby to a nice mirror shine. It could be sharper, but it looks great.

My first convexing attempt on a BK14 using a mousepad w/ 150 > 220 > 400 > 600 > 1000 > 2000 grit then some stropping. Have since added the Izula scales and loving this blade.

^^^^^that is a well loved beauty right there! Convex on that, or just free hand?

Both those are polished convex :) the 14 is a great little knife, the convex suits it well.

9'er and 14...both convex...sorry pics kinda suck, just pulled em out and did quick pics w/ my phone

Done by our own Albert Edmonds at his business Seattle Edge,,, he reprofiled my bk5 into a wicked combat tanto for me and done a helluva job!! I have two more knives there getting sharpened right now, and as he has more time i will be sending more!! Saying this blade is "hair splitting sharp" does it no justice!!

Tried this unit out for the first time. I used my Worksharp KTS with 80, 220, and 6000 grit belts on the straight part of the blade using the 40 degree inclusive guide. The belly and tip was sharpened with a KME using 34 degrees inclusive and fine and extra-fine diamond stones.
