Show your Bronze Damascus! **new pics pg 2**

There are many vendors that do not do a good enough job with pictures. One currently has 2 Mnandi mammoth bark with damascus listed, one doesn't have a picture "coming soon" and I asked for pictures and got small and blurry images.
For these 2 knives I asked for an image of the mosaic and got nice pictures, they certainly would have sold quicker if those had been posted online. The price of the spirograph bronze wasn't that high, it was kind of a no-brainer, but the mosaic price, while high, raises another issue for me. It is very exclusive, about 10 years old, and seemed like a steal for what I gave. How could it sit for so long when it is so rare and interesting? I would much rather have this mosaic damascus than a prototype 25, even for the same money.

I agree with you 100%, I would take the mosaic over the prototype 25. Believe me, I thought about purchasing that knife many times. I am sure it looks even better in person.

Anybody who bought either of these would not have been disappointed. The pictures so far do no justice.

I find the best pictures of CRK's for sale go down here on Blade Forums. There are only a couple dealers I've seen that do justice to the product through photography.

Ok, daylight is a decent way to shoot these, but I would still prefer a lightbox. I really enjoyed taking these today, my complete collection of regulars :)

Those are some sick, sick specimens. The unique handles really compliment the Mosiac and Bronzed blades well. Fabulous, thanks for sharing.

Thanks guys, these are so hard to shoot well we almost need a sub-forum for picture taking of knives :)

Here's one more showing interesting detail of the bronze spirograph, you can even see it in the jimping:
