That was my first Benchmade. I found I really liked the axis lock. I know have a 710D2 and a HK 14205 and I'm all good with Benchmade except maybe a Rift on down the road.

I guess I should show my EDC box and not digress on the OP's thread. ;)

EDIT: My EDC or user's. I don't find time to give most the attention they deserve. Call it a lifetime long project!

My GrandDad's old cigar box I've had about 25 years is now the folder EDC box. The rest are belt carry and the two fixed just happen to be sitting there I guess because they'll go when needed (just got the Rat). Bottom three is what I had in my pocket.

flatlander, do i spy a klein tools buck 110 knockoff in your stuff? i loved mine, but the lock broke. they are nice and light if you like the classic lockback as a EDC. Great pics guys, even better knives. cool thread here. :thumbup:
 
Na, They are all 110's. I did do new handles on a few though.
For example, the black bladed 110 with black handles and brass bolsters is a Cabela's Alaskan Guide Series where I removed the blade sticker and put gabon ebony in for handles. But all knifes are originals with just a few handle mods on some of the Bucks.
