It was quite the dripper until I got some clot powder on it. What you see is the clot powder doing its thing while it heals, it's not quite as bad as it looks

I'll cook up several different plates over a period of a week or two, but even so I keep going back to a few very often that I really like and are simple and quick to make - like my Saturday brunch of sardines, scrambled eggs and sourdough bread.
