Here are some pictures of the Shreveport Hammer in. Will be adding more later.
Here is Rusty McDonald forging a blade to shape and the blade after completion.

Johnny Warner pounding out a Damascus billet.

Here I am fluxing a billet.

Here is Mike Lamonte twisting a spike knife.

Bryan Arnold and Charlie Hightower playing with a hot blade.

A serious hammer you had to work with:thumbup:

Did anyone mention to the two guys with no heads, that it is totally uncool to wear shorts and/or open toed footwear to a hammer-in.

They have obviously never gotten hot flux between their toes or caught the hair on their legs afire. It will make you dance without any music, I know that to be the truth.
Ray Richards is the only dude, I know, who is stout enough to pull the sandals forging thing off.:D Go for it Raymond.

More pictures. Bryan at the forge.

Johnny and David at the grinder. Notice how the belt is backed with a scotchbrite belt. Makes for a bumpless grind and blends very nice.

Mike putting the flats on a spike knife.

Me doing what I call a power grind. Took about 2 minutes to grind the blade.

Rusty giving a demo on hand sanding the blade he forged the day before. He heat treated it the day he forged it.

Here is Rusty doing a chopping test after sanding. As you can see it did the job.
