Spydercos first!
1. Spyderco Manix2 SpyderEdge 154cm - Sold
This knife has been carried, but the action is super smooth with excellent lockup. The blade is centered, and of course the edge is wicked sharp! I believe this was a sprint run, with the full SpyderEdge. There are a couple of marks in the G10 that I have done my best to capture and show here. I feel that these marks could be scrubbed out, but I leave that to the new owner. There are two issues. One (if indeed it is an issue) is that the blade isn't super "shiny", it has almost a haze to the finish. I am not sure if this came this way or not, it was like this when I got it. The second is that I do not have a box for it. I will send it in a Manix2 box from another Manix2 I had and gave away. Those issues aside, the lockup is perfect, and overall, this is a stout knife. Have a look at the pictures, I have done my best to capture the finish.
Marks on scales:
2. Spyderco Vallotton - $170 Now SOLD
I have priced this for a quick sale, as it is virtually new. I am not embellishing or reaching with that statement. This knife was in my collection, taken out from its box a few times, taken pictures of, and then put away. The absolutely only flaw to be found (came to me from one of Bladeforums' sponsors this way) is a tiny discoloration in the secondary "stripe" bolster on the presentation (non-clip)side. It can only be seen in certain light, and I have done my best to capture it. The box is not in the best shape, but does come complete with everything it came to me with, all paperwork, etc. Other than that, the knife is flawless, vault-solid lockup. It's a gorgeous knife, I just don't carry it. Time for you to carry it!
3. Zero Tolerance 0350 - SOLD
I won't sugarcoat it. This knife is a user, but the wear is cosmetic only (as you can see on the blade). This knife is still assisted, and still has that Speedsafe snap. Lockup is solid with just a sliiight hint of side-to-side wiggle, which is common in these, in my experience. The blade does have some rubs in the coating, but no rust, or wearing away of the coating itself. As you can see from the pocket clip, it wasn't really used that hard. I used it to break down a bunch of boxes at work, and sharpened it back up. This knife is ready to go in your pocket, no issues, worries, or surprises. Comes with that classic ZT box and the paperwork it came with.
4. Zero Tolerance 0561 - SOLD
I am not the first owner of this knife, and it has been used. Lockup is rock-solid, flipping action could be a tad better (the push-button method works best, I tend to prefer the "light-switch" type flippers). There are some scratches on the blade, and this knife has been sharpened before. The scales are in great condition, as is the deep carry clip. The 3D machining on the titanium side really is amazing. That said, this is a stout (and discontinued!) Hinderer design knife which works exceptionally well as a camp knife. It will come with its box, but there are no papers inside.
If you have any questions, please shoot me a message/email.
Thank you for looking, and have a good night!
