Shun edo 4" paring knife

Just bought one used, what angle should this be sharpened to? was thinking about 20 degrees...
 
Are you thinking 20 degrees inclusive?

I love the shun paring knife, but 10 degrees on each side may be a bit steep. For me, and the tasks that I use it for I have found 15ish pretty well rounded.
 
its pretty much a blank slate at this point, so i can set the angle to my desire without extra work. for reference im using a lansky sharpener and was going to use the 20 degree slot... usually use 30 degree on my kershaw knives. is this not steep enough?
