This is a Shun Elite line (discontinued) Ken Onion design 8" chefs knife in SG2 steel.
Great blade but I don't really use it that much anymore as I don't tend to rock chop or pinch grip these days.
Used but not at all abused. It will be professionally sharpened at the Kai factory as its right down the road from me.
