Shun Premier 5.5 inch Nikiri

This knife has been used a handful of times. I have too many other knives that accomplish the same task. The blade is still in perfect condition and shun factory razor sharp. I’m sorry. I forgot to take that one off. I have a different kitchen knife for sale that’s actually much nicer. More expensive though
