That would be correct.

It it doesnt come out of glass or doesnt have a natural cork, I shalt not imbibe :D
Good luck with that, in the future. :p

Every year, more and more fine wines go to screw cap or synthetic cork; it's pretty much inevitable. There just isn't enough quality cork grown to keep pace with demand. Besides, cork can be inherently nasty anyway (hence, a "corked" wine...wine ruined by TCA from the cork...estimated to afflict fully 5% of a wine-maker's output). Add to that the fact that screw-capped/synth-cork bottles do not have to lie horizontal in order to keep the cork hydrated, so there's much less chance of sediment affecting the pour.

Better living through technology. Try to keep up. :D

"and if you drink enough of it you wont care....."

This message brought to you by Del Campo Tequilla, Not the best tequilla but it makes up for it in volume.

BTW back on topic 2bkc is getting me the DM0718 from what I have read it is a good compromise. Unfortunately the 004 is an exclusive offering so the price of 300 is about it. I like the Elite but it doesnt come with the scalloped edge (requested by recipiant).

Thanx for all your help guys and Merry Christmas:D
