Quoting your post so no edit can take place. Selling the 77 before you have it in possession is against the rules for the exchange albeit, its rule # 1.

"SECTION 2 - Rules/Procedures for Selling, Buying, Trading, & Offering Services:
The implementation of common sense is strongly encouraged beyond this point. This applies directly to the persons involved in the transactions.

Sellers/Selling -
Be 100% sure that you want to sell the item, have it in your possession and clearly list the selling price. There is no "testing the waters" or "gauge buyer interest". No auction or raffle type sale threads."

Just for the record, I believe Jsega is wrong. Rule 1, if you read the whole thing in context, merely prohibits "testing the waters" or "gauge[ing] buyer interest", and prohibits "auction or raffle type sale threads." It may say "have it in your possession," but only in the context of being 100% sure you want to sell. I was sure, and I won't flake on the sale.
