Yes and no. The law says that you can't wear anything that can be turned into a weapon. There's no specific law about knives.
You are allowed to have a knife if you use it. Since terrorist attacks you are no more allowed to have one in public events, museums, etc (even the smallest SAK). But if you use it in a restaurant (less and less people do that) nobody's gonna rush out, mainly if it is a traditionnal.
If you're caught by the police you may have to explain why you're wearing one. And then it's Murphy's law...

i see, it seems they have left it in a deliberate grey area and open for interpretation. So generally opinels or laguioles are common pocket carry with out major restriction? if you are not being a menace to society...
