yes........they aren't terminally pissed off for all of July, August and part of September because they had to stay in town and wait on American tourists instead of going on vacation.:D My limited experince of late has beenthat Paris is a much friendlier, more laid back town from the middle of September to around the middle of May.:thumbup:
