Sickle shaped knife makers

Who would be best at making sickle shaped knives? I've looked through quite a few sites listed and am at a complete loss.

Any help is MOST appreciated.

Reese Weiland made this one back in 1994. I don't know if he is still doing the fixed blades, but he certainly has some excellent folding versions of the Wasp.
