I think you'll be forgiven for falling off the bowie bandwagon to pick up an acquisition like this. :)
Striking hunter,the mammoth is incredible with its gold background streaked with shades of green and the dark blue(which is caused by vivianite,an iron phosphate),I love mammoth thusly colored and have a little folder with some 'nice but not that nice' mammoth.
Love the frame handle and guard design,blade shape and it is nicely sized.

Great hunter. Looking down on the frame and the spine, I think this hunter warrants a large guard. Made for the hunter with large hands. The scales top off a great total package. I like it. Thanks for sharing!
