...in the SEIRRA SERIES, the same as the standard EDC and ARCLITE, 420HC, hardened to Rc58. The steel is very corrosion resistant, tough, and takes a great edge. While this steel may not hold an edge as long as 154cm, it is alot easier to resharpen. Thanks for the interest!

One more thing, I've been thinking of getting the Large Seirra to carry in my car as a Just in case. I'm in college so can't aford much. Do you think the Seirra would do well or is there another knif that you would recommend?
