Sifu Guro Billy Bryant?

Hello all:

Does anyone have information on how to contact Sifu Guro Billy Bryant of the Cadena de Mano/Kuntao Silat/Oliverez System of Pangasinan Escrima? I was fortunate enough to train with him in the early-mid 1990's but have since been unable to contact him. Hopefully he is still teaching, training and in good health.

Anyone information would be appreciated.
