This is a genuine Sig Sauer telescoping stock for the MPX. It has never been used and includes the ordinal opened bag from Sig. Be sure to know your local and federal laws. NFA rules may apply depending on barrel length.

I've know very little of these, but have seen of it a few times.

Will it fit a standard AR15 and does it require a tax stamp?

I believe they are connected through a 1913 interface and will not accommodate the buffer tube. I can't verify any applicable laws.
