HOGs are fond of the saying, “No regrets!” I hope I can still say that after this is all said and done. If she does not sell, then I will take that to mean that she was meant to be with me all along. 
I have for sale “the” Silent Knight Prototype. Unlike contemporary Busse prototypes, this is the only Silent Knight prototype in existence. The story is that Jerry took it to a show sometime between ’97 and ’99 as a display piece to induce folks to order a Silent Knight. However, a persistant buyer managed to pry the knife from Jerry’s hooves, and it was in his possession up until I acquired it a few years ago. If it sells, the buyer will be the third owner.
The OAL of this knife is approx. 15.75”, the blade is just shy of 10.5”. She is .275” thick at the spine. I believe she is A2 steel and the handles **I think** are paper micarta. This is the only SK to have the Busse Combat logo stamped into the blade. Also, Silent Knights that were made in the time period after this one was made were .25” thick. This knife was also hand-ground and sharpened by Jerry himself. After I acquired it, I sent it back to Busse Combat and Jerry personally sharpened her up for me. AFAIK, Jerry has been the only person to ever sharpen this blade. The knife is obviously used, but it has not been used since it came back from Busse shortly after I acquired her.
I feel it only fair to open this up for worldwide shipping. However, if you are outside of the US 50, then shipping will be extra AND she will be your responsibility once she leaves my hands. I also will not lie on any Customs forms.
She can be yours for $2,100.00 shipped via USPS Priority insured to the US 50 with payment by cashier’s check, USPS MO, or (if we have done business before and you have a good rep) personal check. If using PP, she is $2,160. SPF!!!
