IMO if it needs work, a shop re-furbish would not hurt the value. It's not like we are talking about antique furniture where the aging of the wood is desired.

. No offense meant David, but I think that there may be some hog's legs being pulled here. C'mon I find it hard to believe that someone who knows Jerry's work and owns a Silent Knight has no idea of what it is worth.
Just a hunch, I may be completely wrong, but I am thinkin that someone wants to have a little holiday fun with the Hogs.
