Silly Question.....Becker BK13...should I buy it

If you don't have enough positive comments, you can't be without the remora because:

I saw a pretty cool remora with what looked like waxed string or jute wrapped. I just recently ordered my first bk 13 and researching different wraps.
 
I'm sorry I went off topic and didn't answer the OP's question. My variant (Chinese) has been okay, small/light tasks have been able to be performed. But I have noticed mine needs a little more sharpening than I'd like.
 
I just got a BK13 for $19.99 and my first impression is "small." That being said I am glad I finally got one and made in USA not China. Still not sure what I will use it for. I still like the Buck 143 Paklite Skinner (420HC BOS) for the same price. I put a BK11 in the same Buck 143 sheath and dual carry.:D
 
For every Becker over 5" that I own, I have a Remora paired with it. That being said, I think I'm at 21 Remoras...
 
My daughter has a Remora which I have never used. Having said that, she's told me she likes the fact that its small and can hang around the neck, but when she needs to cut something, she uses her 16. She LOVES the 16.
