silver

I have a ? about silver from film developing.
Is this worth the same as other silver and is it ok to melt down and use or is there any i should know that will be bad?

As far as my understanding it is the same stuff and therefore woth the same amount. I myself have used seral ounces of it for funiture and mokume used on knives.
