I have a mint from maker (Simon & Jakob Nylund, two talented Finnish makers) custom "Whittler Knife". It is a hidden tang (the tang is quite long) knife done the traditional scandinavian way. Handle is a gorgeous crosscut ash and the blade is custom ground (not sure if it's forged) with a scandi-double hollow zero grind. It's the sharpest knife I've ever handled
Specs:
8" OAL
3.5" high carbon steel blade, handrubbed finish, bevels are polished with a felt wheel
1/8" blade stock
3/4" blade width
Black Double Dangler Leather Sheath - very secure yet easy to release
Crosscut ash handle
I don't have a pic as my camera just broke today!!
can't get it to work...but it looks like the knife in the middle of this group shot (pic borrowed from maker, hope it's ok).
I'm looking for a NIB/LNIB Spyderco Manix 2 PE or Sage CF Linerlock PE.
Thanks for looking.
