Hey, here's a low maintenance kitchen knife I made with the aim of developing a small low maintenance carbon steel multipurpose work horse for a customer a little bit ago, I'm offering it up here to fund more "R&d";)

Specs

15n20 .095" stock ground with a full convex grind all the way to edge, which is polished to 3k grit and stropped for a hair popping sharpness.

blade is a little less than 6" long, handle is around 4.25"
handle materials are brown micarta and black g10 for the spacer, they're epoxied and pinned into place, so no moisture can get to the tang and rust it.. This is a really easy knife to clean.

Blade finish is now a satin machine finish, was hand before but this looks better :) . I can give it a patina before I ship it if your worried about discoloration through use,

blade is 1 3/8" wide

Price

125$ one day price drop to 95$

one poor pic, I'll take more if necessary of course :)
