"New owner of a 110 Automatic, and new member here (you can look up my profile "Garcia Mitchler" since 2012 on GA ODT at link: Garcia Mitchler ). My former EDC was a Kershaw Launch, but saw the 110 Auto this last week and the classic of it got the better of me - the ebony grain was awesome and its a sturdy knife. I have always been a fan of the 110 but lately really liking the auto's. Being retired CG I never want to be out somewhere without a good knife.
Looking for a vertical sheath, wet pressed/formed single fold like this - by a premium maker. Not looking for any embellishments, I like this because its simple and less noticeable compared to the stock oversized flap leather sheath from Buck.
Reason I'm asking from a premium maker is there is alot of junk available on the internet - I'm VERY selective for my CCW holsters (I exclusively use R Grizzle Leathers now). Ryan makes these but his current lead times are now August or later... he's inundated.
I've googled until my eyes are crossed - many good guys out there making 110 sheaths but too big or too many "features" for me. Belt loop only, no clip.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, preferably a member/maker here?

I like your idea. Those are nice sheaths.

All The guys listed above, are members/makers here, and do great work. The samples of what you want, look like Gary Graley's (G2) style of work. You can find contact information For all of them and some others, in the thread Sheath makers and such of Blade forums. The thread is old, but the Mods keep it up to date. Only members with current memberships are allowed.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but there may be an issue with the auto button if the sheath is snug. The factory auto sheath is different from the standard and deliberately loose in that regard.

I was thinking the same thing.

I have a loose fitting slip sheath and haven't had any problems with the auto.

For this particular rendition of the Buck 110 auto, the button needs to be depressed further into the handle, so much so that it is below the top of the scales. So this sheath turned out safely and will carry this knife securely. The OP opted for me to emboss it with my Indian head, which is a pretty old embossing stamp that I got from a friend leather smith many many years ago and he had owned it a long time before that. I don't see one quite like it any more so it's special ;)

Thanks Gary! I cannot wait to get it. Hyperventilating... My brother may spring for one also since he saw my 110 auto and your sheath. He has 2 legacy 110's but the automatic takes the nostalgia up a notch in the "coolness" factor.
