I have a batch of guards for sale.
Material - 316\316L Stainless Steel.
Wall thickness - .120" (8 gauge)
Blade slot size - 0.11 X 0.745" (undersized 1/8" X 3/4").
Front plate length is about 1-1/2" for a single guard and 2-3/8" for a double. All front plates are 7/8" wide except on one single guard(1").
Oval opening for the handle - 1/2" wide X 3/4" (ID), the tube is 3/4" X 1" (OD)
Tube length is about 7/8" - 1" (varies).

The front plate was TIG welded to the tube with 316L filler rod so the color match should be the best possible. I ground couple of the single guards. One is left untouched, it has 1" wide front plate. There is a lot of meat to grind and adjust. I aligned the slots with the tube as well as I could. You can file\grind it to perfection. But it saves you a lot of drilling\grinding\filing.
I can make just front plates with a 1/8" X 3/4" slot and separate tubes\rings if anyone interested.

Your feedback and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I ask $20 for a single guard(each) and $25 for a double. Shipping CONUS is $6. Shipping CONUS is free if you buy 5+. Replacement or money back is guaranteed if there is a flaw in the guard

I prefer PayPal (dmitryong@gmail.com)
Thank you.

I will take three singles, and three doubles. I am in Canada, so does that qualify for the free shipping? I will send paypal ASAP once shipping is confirmed. PM sent.
