Actually Case makes the production version with jigged bone on the single blade Saddlehorn that I have seen for about $66 online. Only thing is all I have seen is Green Apple died bone. Maybe there have been other versions so you might do some searches for that.

Actually, the Case production version of that knife is a Lanny's Clip, an annual collaboration knife.

The Saddlehorn is a Tony Bose design (right?) and similar as you are going to get for less then $100. Thought it might be an option. I know its not going to be the same as the Lanny's Clip collaboration especially in quality. Those are way over his $100 budget.
