Oh you are bad! I once had five Mad Dog knives. They were apparently well made knives. The sheathes were first rate. The hue and cry as to which knife is better is played out by others as well - see Busse and Strider. I sold my Mad Dogs. Nice enough but just didn't fit my needs any longer. Personally, I feel there are a whole bunch of great knives out there - production and custom that will work just fine. Skip some of the hype and buy something you like.
