I'm not sure about finding a local retailer but you can get them for much cheaper thru Triple Aught Design.

Surf the web or watch the forums. I got several tritium watches off our forum. Great watches and the dials do glow brightly. Luminox is brighter than the Israelie Military watch, but the IMW is beefier.
