Simonich and TOPS are the only ones on my favorites list. Devilmutt, I to had problems with reaching TOPS but if you use the phone, either Mike or his wife Helen will pick it up and will answer any questions you may have. Hope this helps as I own several of their fine knives and as soon as the funds come available will purchase a couple more!:>)
