Sitting here naked, eating a Ho Ho...

I thought Id freak you guys out for a change...

(Ferrous sent me some snack cakes from america. I havent tasted these things in more than three years!)

Im not really naked, but almost.
Its so hot and humid here I have to have a fan on me at high speed 24 hours a day.

Oh man, treasures of my youth.

Ho-hos, ding-dongs, twinkies, oatmeal creme pies, hostess, little debbie!

(they have stuff that looks like that here, but there is no actual flavor, its just whipped vaseline...)

Freak us out... "for a change"? That's your SOP dude :)
just kidding.
You know, I could send you a crate of Little Debbie products in exchange for a nihonto or a nice kimono. :)
*sings "Little Debbie, you're the one" to the tune of that Rubber Ducky song, from Sesame street*
I'd hate for you to be deprived of good American snack foods!!!

I should have known better to open this thread......oh, well....wasn't the best visualization but then I've never come between a naked man and his ho-ho's ;)

AND believe me I never will

....why does that scene in StripTease of Burt Reynolds covered in vaseline come to minde here? :)

Wish I had known...I could've tucked something extra (hmm...maybe Twinkies make good packing material?) into the last box I sent.

Um...no...after this thread, I think I'm glad it's Ferrous you love... ;)

I was very relieved to note that there was NOT an 'attachment' icon with this thread.

Yeah. It could have been our first, "Come On" thread.

and what a invite it was- nakes with ho ho's.

Is Danny fat?

"Little Debbie" makes the same thing, close enough.

How long does mail from here take to get to you, and what does it cost a pound ( or kilo )?

awww, shucks! Does Takako know?;)

Glad I could hook you up. As far as drugs go, American Junkfood is one that gets under yer skin a bit too easily.

Man, I hope I didn't spell doom to yer diet with that. Don't eat em all in one sitting, man! Ya gotta space dat sh17 out.

Glad I could hook ya up!

Keith, American Sugar Pusher.

i packaged most of them up into little bags as gifts for my friends and family here in japan.
I think i have one twinkie left for myself.
all of the rest have been given out to Japanese people.
Believe it or not, they wanted the boxes as much or more than the actual cakes!

The American english food boxes were just terribly interesting to them.

They were amazed at the lack of any stupid "happy life" paragraphs to be found anywhere on the boxes....

Note the HoHo box. In Japan, there would be a paragraph at the bottom along the lines of" a chocolate cake filled with dreamy fillings for your pleasure that is with tea, and incredible rest from your work and study..."

or something like that.
