I have two abiding pet peeves when it comes to finding old traditional knives: lazy snap and cracked bone. With the noted exceptions, all of the knives listed here have beautiful perfect bone. All of them snap coming and going like brand new knives! All have been minimally "restored" (i.e. rubbed down with mineral oil) and can be left as is or further cleaned by the end user.

Please note that all pricing includes PayPal fees and insured USPS Priority shipping to the USA.

1) Remington Bullet Trapper $200
This is The Big One, akin to a GEC #23. Also snaps like a GEC 23, except this one is closer to 100 years old :D
The spey's spine has been reshaped to be closer to a clip blade in profile. As a result the tip of the spey peeks above the liners a few mm.
This knife is very very sharp and has a very firm pull and snap, with half stops, 6-7. Please be careful.

2) Remington Scout Knife $55
This has the coveted BSA "Be Prepared" shield. All implements snap very nicely, 5-6. The awl has lost a mm or two, and the tip of the screwdriver has been re-ground to straight. Very sharp spear blade with minimal loss. The bail has seen some belt miles but could be easily straightened. One corner of the bone shows a little gap between the liner but it is not loose.

3) Schrade Walden NY USA peachseed bone trapper $old
Perfect bone, snaps like new on cam tangs. Love the saber ground clip blade.
Also these are extremely sharp thin blades.

4) Camillus EO jack $45
Great knife, half stops. Pen blade may have suffered at the grinder a little. Stellar bone.

5) Case XX slimline trapper $55
The blade on this one looks buffed but it is full and ready for your new patina. Great snap, sharp bone jigging.
Cam tang, smooth 4-5 pull. One hairline at the pile side center pin but it is not going anywhere soon.
