Six knife designs - your opinions sought

I'm sorry, but you wouldn't pass your favorite knives around either, would you? :)

For the record: I don't consider myself the greatest knife designer ever of something, but Jürgen's work is just amazing and I designed them for myself, that's why they are/will be my favorites.
 
I don't know about the Satan, at first I didn't like the handle, but something about it. I'm torn on that one, like the Mercenary.

I wasn't too sure about the transition from the index finger groove to the rest of the handle either. Modified it a little.
What do you think about the new version?

Hm, just tried it and a thicker handle just doesn't go well with the blade, sorry.

It probably ain't the handle, it's the notches. ;)
 
Just deleted it because it looked awkward, but I'll try my hand at it again and put it up. Hold on for a few...
 
Deinonychus
I really like this one. There aren't a lot of FB Wharncliffes out there, and I really like the design. This looks kind of like another favorite of mine, the tactical fruit knife from BurchTree (a local here). The handle might want to be inverted though...that is, make the middle bulge and slim down on the top and bottom.
Metro
This looks like a handy one. Great handle design. You might want a slightly longer blade to balance better with it's height.
Compadre
Great knife. Might use a little more swedge (steeper back-cut angle) so it doesn't quite look so much like a butter knife.
Inquisitor
Awesome, probably my favorite. Great recurve design, handle is cool but looks comfy. Little too much index finger cutout. The name is cool too.
Sequoia
The butter knife look works for this one. It looks really utilitarian. Nice handle, same thing w/ the index finger groove though. I love the thumbstop on top of the blade.
Vendetta
That's just mean looking, name matches it perfectly. I'd really like to see this one made. Never seen anything quite like it. Deadly looking, more of a bayonet than a slicer I think.
Mercenary
Flawlessly cool. Great looking slightly curved handle, cool blade (might be a little fragile up at the tip), great tanto kind of design, it all goes together well here.
Satan
I actually don't like this one at all. Probably useful, but I think it's ugly. Sorry :(

Anyway there's my .02, hope I didn't ruffle any feathers. :) Good stuff...you going to make any of these? Somebody should.

I really like the inquisitor and the mercenary. The satan looks like it has too long of a handle for that length and design of blade.
 
As a suburban Californian I strongly lean towards SMALL fixed blades for EDC. I like medium sized fixed blades but have few occasions to carry them. Something small (like the Metro) in kydex would make a good carry knife in METROpolitan areas ;) without drawing too much attention.

I'll try the swedge modification on the Compadre (not tonight though). I'm sure that it will turn out nice.

oooh... I really like the uglified Satan as you call it. Smooth out that sharp transition from the finger groove and that'll be a damn fine knife. Offer several blade designs too, because I really like that handle design. I'd like to see a modified clip point Satan (now that felt strange to say).
 
I like the blade design on the Satan, except for the Spanish notch on top of the blade. The one in the ricazzo is cool. I like the one with the simpler hande more than the other two Satans.

The Mercenary looks very nice, although the tip does seem a bit fragile. I'm not really into tantos, but this is a very original and sleek design.

Please post the pictures of the finished knives!
