Hi. I really like the look of the Paramilitary, but have a concern about the size.. when it is closed, and laying on its side. I purchased a Native III, and immediately sold it on ebay because just that issue. I really dislike thick knives... thick as in width of handle + blade, when closed. Is the Paramilitary thinner/ smaller??

Thanks.

Applejacks, the Para is a pretty thin knife. Here are a couple of pictures of the Para Military, the D'Allara and the Lil' Temp. I have never handled the Native III, but I am guessing it is kind of like the D'Allara. The Para pretty much disappears in my pocket. I hope these pics help you a bit.

The Para is generally the same closed width as my regular Native. But where the blade hump/opening hole is, the Para is wider.

The Para is a great carrier. The Native is a bit harder because the handle is smaller. It is like laying on a bed of nails...the more nails, the more comfortable. The handle on the Para carries well, does not tear up pants, and is very comfortable.

Thanks Nick. My main concern is the size. I just don't like bulkiness and large knives as my edc.
