I'm jealous. Haha, I actually learned how to do impossibles by watching a video called "Trick Tips with Willy Santos". Skating was pretty much my life for a four or five year span, and a big part of my life for a few years after that. I don't do it a whole lot any more though. Used to do a lot of street skating, gaps, handrails, stairs, pretty much whatever you find skating around in cities and shit.
This thread is just submarine man. I like to film my friends, and while we only use an itouch for video, we still get some good footage. I love cruising, and really want to get into pools, but haven't yet. I used to like shortboards, but once I got a cruiser, it was game over. I now have some Bennett Vectors truks, Abec 11 65mm 81a or 78a NoSkoolz wheels, Bones Swiss bearings, and a NOS Canadian fishtail from the 80s for a board. Because I have not gotten grip for the board yet, I just use my short board with the Bennetts, etc.
I love that guy. When old people come up to us and reminisce about stealing their sister's roller skates and using a 2x4 back in the 50s, it just makes you love boarding that much more.
