They are listed at: 0.14/0.2". I lent my caliper to someone for a few days so I can't measure it right now. I believe they are all the same thickness which is perfect for this knife in my opinion.
 
EDIT...Found another caliper. It is 0.192 at the mid point of the Busse logo.
