Skiff Accomplice #84 - (A) - This was just purchased new from NYCKS and has never been carried/cut anything. Has only ever been flipped and admired.
- Utterly insane CNC work. The level of precision from the father(Skiff Made Blades) & son(Skiff Workshop) is unparalleled in the knife world IMO. Everything is just perfectly done to such a high level.
- The clips flows perfectly w/ the scales. Even has a relief patch where the clip contacts the scales for ease of sliding in & out the pocket. They even made their own bearing cages in house, which are being used now by a number of high end makers.
- The polished ano work on the pivot collars & backspacer is gorgeous and just glows in person... The hand rubbed CTS-XHP blade is flawless and the grinds are beautifully done.
- Action is fantastic in every way. Super snappy when the flipper is depressed w/ a medium weight detent. Glass smooth opening & shutting that requires a light wrist flick to close.
These rarely come up for sale, cuz there just aren't that many out there at this point in time. I'm gonna be listing it for exact table price from the show that I paid... If I didnt need to sell it, I wouldn't be and I will be buying many more from them in the future.
