Brand New. Just came in the mail today. I ordered this directly from Pete last August. Its number 54. Summer time is almost here and I am selling to fund motorcycle parts. So please no trade offers. I ordered this knife with washers instead of bearings. I truly prefer a washer system above bearings, but if you flipped this blade open you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference. Its the strangest thing, I looked at it for 10 minutes when I opened the box thinking Pete messed up my order and put bearings in it. It really is "THAT" smooth. Overall the knife is kick ass and you will be stoked with it!
