  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Skinning Knife?

I skin mostly fox, bobcat and coon. My main knife is a Green River paring-sized knife. 3 - 3 1\2 blade is all you need.

This knife is used solely for getting the hide off the carcass..It will do any other cutting task required but not as well as its intended purpose..I usually use an old Timer Sharpfinger for all the surgery jobs.. FES

Gotcha. I tend to only use whatever knife is in my pocket. All of my carry knives have to double as skinners. My dad will bring 4-5 knives to skin one deer and he'll use every one. Everything from slipjoints to marbles style skinners.
