Skinning

I hate to say it, but nothing has ever come close to my old Gerber 400 presentation model for cleaning/skinning animals.

She has cleaned everything from pheasants, turkeys, salmon, rabbits, deer, elk, moose, buffalo, and still keeps going strong.

I have tried to replace her and let her retire, but nothing has ever stacked up.

Not new Gerber stuff mind you, but the old stuff, when Pete was still running the company.
Those old presentation grade knives are just about custom pieces.
